Failure was Waiting

Tue, 03/01/2016 - 00:19 -- jerlee

It was just a dream

As they command a new beginning

Such a spoil to be spill

A never ending crime

Accuse... cold-hearted?

End of the line

Never changing image

Smile to be frown

Solitude can persuade

Life underground

Self-portrait… faceless

What at a flawless mask

To be kind

Has a twist of such steepness

Falling for the fallen

Those eyes were full of demise

Blood was shed to be notice

As one lay on the bed of the dead

Realizing too late, failure was waiting
