If the word of God is the breath of God,

Then the word of man is the breath of man.

When you inhale the world around you,

must you always exhale it?

If not for exhaling we would be starved of oxygen

Yet if not for inhaling we would suffer the same.

If life is not lived by inhaling the air as a whole

We cannot sustain life

Therefore every life experience we inhale is valuable to us.

But if inhaled, we must always exhale the heavy burden that lies upon us

Our burden that consists of the emotions of life we must somehow release.

The breath of man is the word of man

Let us use language to exhale these burdens

And find balance in our lives through communication.
