Traveling a maze composed of memories and feelings,
Each door and turn leading to another moment when all was beautiful.
As a door opens it reveals that smile which warms my heart like as if it were next to the sun.
Always thinking you were flawed but in fact perfection was only present,
you helped navigate me through the maze, and I did not care if we were lost because we were lost together.
Now I travel alone, searching for that happiness that once gave me purpose.
As I travel alone, the walls shift and doors lock but I continue.
where have you gone? Will you come back? we were not in close proximity but our hearts were already one.
When I hear you have found another, I want to give up but my feet unconciously strive forward into the abyss.
What drives my motion, am I a fool or in fact more intelligent then the top scholars?
I will have an eternity to think but of none else but you,
And as I walk I will wait for when I see a hand extended towards me and that smile that will guide me on the right path again.
