I have something that wants to get out

Beating on my chest so hard I want to shout

Feelings! I keep way down

Crazy things, I hate the way they sound

Bad thoughts to people or things

Good thoughts and some in between

There is not as many good as there is bad

Haunting memories that make me mad

All they want to do is just get out
