Entropy

I send my prayers to Jerusalem
to hide in cracked walls and under flagstones
alongside supplications for healing and kindness.
                              ∞
I plaster my poems on the walls of cities
where unknown eyes will rove and bend them,
eventually my poems, too, shall crumble.
                              ∞
I hang my masterpieces between Picasso and Dali
so the art students will come to paint my works
on square canvases with their worn out brushes.
                              ∞
I stand before the world as myself
a woman full of knowledge and passion
and to the world I give myself.
