Is it dark or is it light?

Has it caused so many fights?

Can its influence still grow?

Of course, with this new smartphone.

We cannot see nor feel it,

it governs us just a bit.

Nuclear, coal, is there an answer?

The problem grows, like a cancer.

It’s the biggest issue ever faced,

but its methods clearly aren’t straight-laced:

pollution, contamination to name a few,

scientists still don’t have a clue.

Is it too late?

Maybe with that attitude, mate.

It’s not what we have done,

but how to strike before the smoking gun.
