The end ... limitations

Ecclesiastes 8:16-17

Limitations of Human Wisdom

16 When I tried to gain wisdom
and to observe the activity on earth—
even though it prevents anyone from sleeping day or night—
17 then I discerned all that God has done:
No one really comprehends what happens on earth.
Despite all human efforts to discover it, no one can ever grasp it.
Even if a wise person claimed that he understood,
he would not really comprehend it.

The end that is insight you can’t really comprehend

Instead of 6 foot under you built towers on shame

It seems your only plight as you can’t understand

that Eternity is up yonder for the Glorified in name

You can’t ever learn your own limitations

You think all things are possible if you apply yourselves

Tell that to the urns of past generations

who supposedly lived plausibly without a “Living” will

Dust to dust and ashes blowing in the wind

Man’s intelligence can’t stop the trend of times

As mind and Spirit are clashing “set-priorities” like a flint

in their chosen destiny in temporal rhyme
