Not all that many years ago: An education once was a dream and a goal, an education not everyone was sold $.

Once you reached graduation of high school, you were done and not considered a fool but instead were told to just work and forget school because that was just the rule. College was for doctors and those who wanted to be considered cool but not for those who actually wanted to go and be something they already knew.

Education today is not like it was. Not because of any reason, but because of us or because it was just what everyone does. Education today just is not like it was. Everyone goes to college because if you don't, it makes you not normal and weird. People look at you like you are a woman with a beard. So yes education today is not like it was. Before you were finished and done at the end of high school but now it just begun and people act like it should be fun.

Degrees, degrees, degrees. What does this all mean and which one should you pick and why. Don't want to be like the other guy. Maybe you will just do whatever is easy to be safe, you won't even go anyway dont lie. When you do go it will be a piece of cake, you know what to do nothing is even at stake. It was fun in middle school, high school, now college is the real test. How will you stand out from all of the rest and be the only one who can say they are the best?

It isn't a pissing contest but it is. No one wants to talk to each other because everyone wants to win. How much do you spend studying for your test and why. Ew, we got 6 papers to write tonight, this freaking guy. Pop quizzes scare us all but not when we like the classes we usually start in the fall. Why do we all pretend like we dont want to be here when we do and yes I mean we all. This class interested me and it interested you. We are an education nation not because it was a plan. We are an education nation because that is now the way of man.

An education nation is not all that it seems.

When I say we live in an education nation it is because that is what this means.
