What a deception I see,

someone supposed to be close to me,

what a conception to be'

look how its broken so easily.

I don't know what brought this on in you,

i don't know what it is i'm gonna do

i'm walking to the edge of the road,

what is behind me is what i'm owed.

I'm walking to the edge of the road,

I tried to give love but hate I was shown,

the stress you reflect is so powerful,

any man could seemingly implode.

Your power is a dirty thing,

not like when it was from the king,

your power is a dirty thing,

you have the castle, I have the ring,

I don't know what brought this on in you ,

I dont know what it is i'm gonna do.

I'm walking to the edge of the road,

what is behind me is what i'm owed

i'm walking to the edge of the road,

i needed love but hate I was ahown.

You're not crying for him,

you're crying for you.
