Eco-centric

Sunlight across the sky; mix of energy and air

You can never convince me that’s all that is there.

People; so small we’re like ants in the ocean

We make up these problems but can’t ever solve them.

You either feel small or don’t know.

Oblivion...is the greatest strength that I know,

Not persistence and strength, or birth and regrowth.

We’re the sum of a whole, we all play a part.

“We’re bigger than this,” we assume in our heart

But are we really?

Bask in the warmth of a star overhead,

“She’ll burn on forever,” but not if she’s dead.

Forget all the facts’ audacity of truth;

We’re indebted to them, they mean nothing to you-

Whom which the stars fall for.

We are born just as god makes us,

Full of white lies and space dust.

“All seeing eyes” are all there will be ,

Black matter expanding, there’ll be nothing to see

As short sighted as you are.

The sun, the biggest star in our world full of blue,

We run around her, not her around you.

“We’re the only world ever, there’s nothing to space,”

You think we’re alone but that can’t be the case.

Or maybe I’m just being cynical.
