Dwelling in the soul

1 Corinthians 15:42-44 42 It is the same with the resurrection of the dead. What is sown is perishable, what is raised is imperishable. 43 It is sown in dishonor, it is raised in glory; it is sown in weakness, it is raised in power; 44 it is sown a natural body, it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body.  In-dwelling

If one dwells in the soul ... and the imaginations of the mind

thoughts will direct the way ... as vision’s plans are made.

Feeling good about yourself ... is mastered by emotions

as the body rules with demand ... to have its desires met.

What happens to our spirit ... the center of our being?

Why is it overpowered ... by body and by soul?

My spirit will grow dull ... under the weight of these 2 culprits.

What was a new beginning ... is now a far off goal.

I never will mature ... in deeper understanding

unless the weight of flesh ... gets moved out of the way.

To draw on the Spirit’s power ... there should be no restrictions

which are mostly self-imposed ... through self-centered ways.

The Spirit is very sensitive ... so hard to recognize

when He speaks it is delicate ... like a whisper in the wind.

Even when used to it ... it takes full concentration

to get yourself lost in Him ... to where you ought have been.
