Dreams

Most people dream of big houses,
Fancy cars, More money than they know what to do with
Not me
I dream of
Having enough money to pay for food
Living in a house and not a park
I dream of
Being able to feed them
Not having to worry if they will get sick
I dream of
A world free of hatred
A world where the new kid is welcome
A world where the hungry are fed,
the homless have shelter,
Poverty does not exist
Where there is a home for every man woman and child
Where a good education is not expensive
Where every person is born equal
I dream of a world of equal opertunity
Where we celebrate our diferences
But when I am awake
I Live a life that is devoid of that dream
I work to build that dreaam world
