Who has the right to stereotype me?
Who has the right to stereotype you?
Don't stereotype me, I'm more than what you think I am.
If I'm Black, who says that I eat fried chicken every night and that I can't swim?.
If I'm Mexican, who says I'm illegal and I jump fences and work for cheap?
If I'mJewish, who says that I.m rich but cheap, or that I hate other races of people?
If I'm Muslim, who says that I am a terrorist, or that I hate Americans?
If I'm White, who says that I'm rich if I live in the city, but I am a redneck if I live in the country?
If I'm Asian, who says that I'm brilliant in math, or that I only eat noodles?
If I'm Hispanic, who says I dress in loud colors, and never want to learn English?
If I'm West Indian, who says I always work six jobs, and live with all of my family members?
And If I'm Cuban, who says I traveled to America on a raft?
Don't stereotype me! I'm American. I am a combination of all people who call themselves Americans.
Don't stereotype me! I'm who I want to be despite what my culture says I am.
Don't stereotype me! I'm me because I chose to be who I want to be! .
Don't stereotype me! It is I who may one day be your President.
