Do You Ever ?

Do you ever wonder where the moon goes when the sun comes up?
Does it disappear or is it just hidden?

Do you ever just look at the sky during the day and notice that tiny shadow of the moon?

Is it going to come out or just stay hidden behind the clouds all day?
 

Do you ever realize every phase the moon goes through?

Can you tell that each day it changes a little bit more?

Do you ever get mesmerized by the way the moon shines in the night sky?

In that moment isn't it absolutely beautiful?

Now, think about this.....

Do you ever wonder where she goes when she leaves the room?

Does she go off and hang with the “cool” kids or does she keep to herself?

Do you ever just look at her and notice the that tiny look of emotion in her face?

Is she going to speak up or stay silent all day?

Do you ever realize every style or change she goes through?

Can you tell that each day she changes just a tiny bit more?
 

Do you ever get mesmerized by the way she sits there and she has a sense of mystery?

In that moment isn't she absolutely beautiful?

This is who I am or at least what I am like....

I am like the moon.

I am always there to help a friend even if I am not physically there.

I change a little bit every day and that is how I get through life and find my true self.

I consider myself beautiful inside and out, whether other people notice it or not.

Like the moon, everybody might not notice or appreciate it, but it will keep shinning, and so will I.

This is who I am.....
