The Dissemination

Fri, 03/01/2019 - 16:55 -- ap0136

As she laid

warm as can be

she heard a creek

near her cheek

unbothered she remained

but fate would have a say

as the abhorrent man

touched her

the dissemination

spread through her

like a virus

she didn't understand

she was far too young

and far too naive;

left crying and broken

like a torn flower

she would never be the same.

finally upon this day

where it's been ages

she can spread her wings

and move on from that traumatizing day
