Discombobulated

Sat, 12/02/2017 - 01:42 -- ebrooke

A heaving chest,

Quick breaths,

You stole the very air from my lungs.

A watchful eye,

Beautiful surprise,

You took my focus for yourself.

A thumping heart,

Set apart,

Your beauty overthrew me.

An aching soul,

Which you extolled,

You showed me how to love.
