Sometimes the steps

That you need to take 

In order to move forward 

In order to grow

In order to make a change 

May be some of the most difficult 

Changes that you will have to make 

For out of hard times comes great growth 

Out of sadness and loneliness 

You learn to find peace 

And stillness within 

It may take a lot time 

To grow from these hard changes

But each day you must 

Take a step forward toward growth

Remember that you are capable 

Of growing and changing 

And never forget that 

Even if you can only start 

With the smallest step forward
