Different Lenses

Location

Two cultures can get me twisted,

The white community is always listed,

When filling out my race,

There is always a blank space,

I'm not latino, native american, white or black,

I am Indian and thats what the applications always slack.

With friends at school and my temple crew,

There is always a different point of view,

At school my friends ask me to play baseball,

But my Indian society tells me to play with cricket ball

Even though I respect every culture and their different lenses,

Sometimes I wish we could just break the cultural fences
