Diary.

Location

Tell me all your secrets and tell me all your dreams, but when daylight comes render me unseen.

Give me your burdens and I will put them to rest.

You have my ears for the words you are afraid to speak.

My shoulders for any woes or tears you may weep.

My lips will never work against you; my embrace fully to comfort you against the world.

Look inside and you will only see my love and how much I care for you.

Use me to the very last page, even though I'm aware what that means for me.

Alas, I accept my fate.

Tucked away, hidden on a shelf.
