Defying Gravity

gravity. the force that attracts a body toward the center of the earth, or toward any other physical body having mass. a coherent, typically large body of matter with no definite shape.

negativity. something or someone that holds you down. gravity. negativity... why do you let these things affect you?

A blackbird flies by, but think if it just succumbed to gravity. It wouldn’t be any different than these other animal

Those Lions, snakes, and pigs can only send hate, because they're jealous that they can't be it

Flying high and away and towards better things.

That blackbird is you! Don't let people pull you down

Tell the negative committee that meets in your head to sit down and shut up

You walk with your back caved and your head down, but keep your head up baby girl or else the crown slips

You see, I once had that same problem, but I learned to instead hold things loosely, so they did not need to be pried from my own hands

So when will you learn?

You are something beautiful, Something precious. You can’t allow for gravity to hold you down

You’ve worked too hard and too long to just give up. I won’t let you prove the laws of physics, you are a beautiful creature yet to be discovered, one that will never be defined and I’ll be damned if you're the only one crawling, while everyone else is defying gravity. Defy your gravity.
