Debilitating Indecision

Mon, 03/18/2019 - 18:45 -- ansanko

In life, we can face so many choices

I call out for help- friends, strangers pipe up

Do this, do that cry so many voices.

Drowning, I do not know which way is up.

Fear begins to take over. What is right?

Double major? Third job? Study abroad?

It shouts masking my inner voice’s fight,

But its whisper pushes past fear’s facade.

They each made good points, yet I know the way.

Now take a breath and start down your walkway.
