Dear Mama
Dear mama
The war is rough out here
Can't seem to get a good nights sleep
Your letters from home have become endear
At night you can hear the men weep
Billy is coming home
Where he can rest in peace
Some men just get placed in the loan
Oh there are so many deceased
Hows papa doin
please say he's alright
He works so hard that he overdos
Mama I dont wanna fight
I wanna come home now
But I promise to stay strong
I promise to make you proud
Love,
Your Soldier
