Step, together, step, together. Five, six, seven, eight. Music in the room spread elegance like smoke. Soft footsteps caressed the floor as if it were fate. And her name was engraved in her clothes, sweat soaked

Red lips, black eyes and beautiful marks on her skin. Bare skin which felt the burn of cold air. A few piercings made by silver pins. Barely reaching her neck was her brown shiny hair.

Step, together, step. Five, six, seven. Garments were not one color, but at least three. Protective coat left at home although it's a long way to heaven. No jazz shoes, no shoes, no socks. Toes she can see.

Her feet were cold from the black street like a no nights sleep. Weared chapped lips absorb moisture from their blood. Long hair had been close to her heart and growing too deep. An addictive substance, her thoughts began to flood.

Her silver bracelets at wrists irritated her and cut. Brilliantly shaped & others like those chains there were none. Against over-thinking the drug had quickly fought. Step, step, step, step. Three two one.
