Cry

Although I didn't know you,
I hear your name mentioned all the time.
I think you should know how much you're missed,
You left the world without a reason or rhyme.
Now you're in a better place in which you are free,
Just know that you've affected the city to see.
Young souls are taken away from us every single day,
And our hopes are that no more be taken away.
I wish I could have talked to you and wiped away the pain,
Because you're truly a loss to us but to heaven a gain.
You were beautiful inside and out,
It's too bad the pain was just too much to count.
I hope that you realize what a lesson you taught,
Crying is something that can be prevented with thought.
