From Cracked Reality, Nature Fills the Gaps

Fri, 07/03/2015 - 01:41 -- AWarner

If only you could see the Milky Way

Most people cannot conceive all the stars that form into a magical crochet

Our surroundings create a song that only an open heart can hear

The woods are a symphony of souls; a desert can be a band of emotions that anyone can hold dear

Our worldly and conformist lives lose all ties when we venture out the doorway

This concrete jungle will eventually crack from the roots of our former forest and we will fall into the depths of our emptiness

We have surrounded ourselves with something plastic; once you see the jail bars, it will be too late to become a runaway

It is difficult for an individual to be in touch with their true self

Nature is your guide to seeing your refection in the world; when you observe the world, you also observe thyself

We are equally part of nature as nature is equally part of us

Opening your mind is much harder than opening your mouth; that is what we inherit with possessing a world of unwholesomeness

From experience, we gain knowledge, so do not waste time submitting yourself to only knowledge but dig further down into yourself

She is a vast and expansive mother to us all, for she has not given up on our world either

She will always be with us. Waiting for our return, she will open her arms that will welcome us back into the beating drum just to restore ourselves
