Courage

Location

Courage is the roar of a lion cub,

Meek but never failing to persevere,

Nestled deep within the hearts of man,

And always posed for triumph.

The sound may not be a fright,

But in time it will mature,

And the result will be a magnificent sight,

Colors will fly and its strength will endure.

Courage is the pen,

It is the paper, the ink,

Words that are not to be spoken,

But yet must be said.

Whether it’s apparent or bottled away,

Whether the author large or small,

The fervor will not sway,

The words will never fall.
