A cosmos of brilliance

I look to the stars above:

I see the galaxies, swirling

In a brilliant array of light-

Now I look at me.

I see two eyes

Colored with the heavens' imagination.

I see freckles,

Kisses from the radiant sun.

I see muscled arms and legs,

So long objects of discontent-

Different from other girls,

I will always be set apart.

Yet, as the giant stars have their place

Next to the smallest glimmers-

Even so my body is a brilliant cosmos,

Created perfectly: perfectly flawless.
