Corporate America

Hail to the almighty

Jingling coins shiny

Even on my death bed

They nickle and dime me

For the rights they deny me

And the freedom they say were fighting

There's a number for everything

It makes me so angry

That when the CEO's see me

They have someone else to hand

A buisness card

And a sleazy greeting

Underhanded liars buliding secret empires

Underneath the white house spiers

Now I am being watched

To be silenced at any cost

Well I can't sell out

If I don't buy in

To your broken promises

And your insincere grin

Corporate America places a number on your soul

One you can't run from

You're born without control

Corporate America makes life a joke

You can do anything you want

If you aren't broke
