We are many but we are one
We are all different but all the same ,
We all want different things but we all have the same needs.
We all connect by bone and blood .
we are linked together through our mother Earth,
Rooted to her turf.
We all have allowed her to be tortured for our benefit
Penetrated by drills , poisoned by nuclear waste
Allowing Her appendages stripped from her
After we've been nurtured over the centuries
We repaid her generosity with
With our own greed
Taking way more than we need.

This poem is about:
Our world
