Confident

People classify the perfect body as the images that are displayed in magazines.

But what people don't realize is that your body IS perfect.

You were made the way you are supposed to be.

You can't be a bodybuilder and be the “required weight”,

You can't stay a curvy girl and wear a size zero.

Body positivity has been ruined by social media.

But you can go against what they say.

People will bash you.

People may even hate you.

And for what, being comfortable with who you are?

You don't have to make them like you.

You don't have to dress “their way”.

So what if they think your outfits are slutty.

Crop top fridays will remain.

Even if you can see our curves.

We’ll wake up in the morning and be happy with who we are.

All while saying “Screw you” to everyone who says otherwise.

“You're allowed to wear that?”

“Should you be wearing that with the type of body you have?”

“Maybe you should lose a couple pounds before you wear that out…”

I will continue to be happy,

Because I am happy.
