Concrete Box

In this box,

This concrete box?

Love is won and sold.

Emotions are high everywhere you look.

Depression, Compassion; Attraction

All mixed into one small Hell.

Everywhere you look are red eyes.

Red eyes of good times,

Or

Red eyes of too many lies.

Everywhere you turn there are spies.

There are bloody wounds on everyone’s backs

That they hide with fake glimpses of bliss.

Everyone feels misunderstood and misused.

Everyone is banging against the bricks walls.

So, why are we here

In this box,

This concrete box?
