I am a stray

I am the thinker

And the dreamer

I write my poems on the walls

My paintings hang high above my bed

I crumple the careful handwriting

And discarded the paper that holds my passion

I am a mutt

I am an introvert

Please don’t leave me alone

My home is your home

Come in and be happy here

I dare not open the door myself

Yours is not my space to invade

I am a dreamer

Free to ride my horse into battle

Free to sew more than just a doll dresses

Above all I am loved

For once it is more than a dream

I am disorganized

I am complete
