I’m color blind
What can I say?
Under the sun’s rays
We are all the same.
Black or white
Does it truly matter?
Rosa Parks was right
She knew better.
There’s chocolate
Cream, sugar, and spice
All these things that make up the nice
The “N” word is used just a little too much
The people who spit with utter disgust
We’re all the same species,
Cut from the same cloth.
Made from God’s hand,
Like flames to a moth.
The world is changing, though
For better or for worse,
New movements are coming,
And they’ll impact us
No matter how diverse.
