Is high school over?

Is it off the clock?

Tick Tock, Tick Tock, 

I'll be ready for college,

To gain more knowledge.

Am I to be an Optometrist or an NP(nurse practitioner)?

Not to have someone envy me,

But to be honored with my degree.

Will winning scholarship money give me a chance to advance?

I'll certaintly be ready to dance,

When I obtain that chance.

This is no Tomfoolery,

I'll have books to pay,

And spend hours in the library during the day.

Tick Tock, Tick Tock,

I am ready to dance,

I at least deserve the chance to,

But I won't be crying boo hoo.

Tick Tock, Tick Tock,

There will be someone to take pride and delight,

In seeing such a sight,

To know they'll have no worries,

Because they'll know they won't have to go to Maury.
