What is this feeling inside my bones?

this aching held  inside?

this horrible fume inside my lungs

wanting me to hide

it started out as nothing

everything was right

but now my body's freezing

and i can't sleep at night

is there a word to describe

this feeling in my soul?

i think there is a phrase that says

that i am feeling cold.
