Chumba Cha Darasa (Classroom in Swahili)

Children everywhere in uniforms

Heading to and from class.

Unbelieveable sights are being seen as we

Make our way throught the school.

Boys and girls smile at us when we enter the room and

A part of me wants to take all of them home.

Checking out the classroom and

Half of the visual aids

Are faded and falling off the walls.

Dealing with all the thoughts that are running through my mind

And I can only think of two words...

Rescue and restore. These classrooms need to be revived again.

All the school needs is

Someone who desires to make a change.

Are you willing to help?
