Chapped Lips Hide Regrets.

Finger tips gliding up her dress,
She didn’t like the feeling of hands on her hips.

His lips spoke sweet words that melted in her mouth.
His passion was poison to calm her soul down.

Gilded romance lingered in the starry night.
Vulnerability hid in the pupils of her eyes.
He could smell her integrity burning out.

Tenderly kissing her wrist of scars,
He whispered pretty songs into her ear, into her heart.
His tongue waltzed her spine parallel to the blanket on the floor.

A touch, a touch, a touch too far left her feeling used and empty.
She covered up and left with half her purity.

His face into her was engraved.
Her face into his was dissipating.

Amazing. Thank you.
