Changes A Pit Bulls Name

I see pain in those eyes, 

each thing thats happened,

the hits you've taken, 

I see the struggles you've faced, 

being locked in a cage, 

no food or water,

you don't feel safe,

I believe its time for change!

They judge you for your breed,

saying that your bad and mean,

when I see you, 

I want to scream,

AWE YOU POOR THING,

I've seen many of you kind, 

run and hide,

scared to hurt again,

so you fight back,

a natural reaction,

its either fight or flee,

I wish i could save you all,

and take you home with me.
