Change is one thing
Location
One thing I would change.....
But there's so many things to change..
We all have things to say,
Thoughts to portrait,
But I know who says everything that comes to mind...
The idiotic ones who waste time.
No goal in mind,
Life connected with crime
Like the pair of handcuffs they're used to.
Those who smell like a pack of 100's,
The ones who run from cops all summer,
They come to school just to hide from teachers
like roaches.
Disgusted with learning the way we are now.
All they care about is being something they believe is "real".
Their verson of being "real" is three S's
Sip, Smoke and Sex
The lean, the weed and the latex.
Shouting squad even in City Hall,
Thinking just getting by will get them far.
This squad always have something to say
But the smart ones
The ones who work sunrise down,
are too shy, to afraid to admit what they want to say.
Think for a second about those who know,
those who know can do things unimaginable.
They have potential to be the next leaders,
the next head of a country.
They know it takes much practice
in order to make the unimaginable happen.
The one thing I want to change
is for the smart to stop being afraid.
We're afraid of showing what we know.
Yet, our knowledge, everyone wants us to show.
We put our hand down in class even though
the answer to number 66, we know.
We can sore high in the sky similar to a baloon,
yet, the only one who speaks about getting high are the fools.
We know the answers, we know what to do,
Yet, we can't show it like a cartoon.
A cartoon isn't easy to make
for the idiots, neither is a clean slate.
When the teacher knows we understand
even if we did the task at hand,
we get timid to let the teacher listen
on how we did the essay.
An old saying goes:
"The wise talk because they have something to say;
Fools talk because they have to say something."
So why are we, the ones
Who can solve tomorrows problems
Are afraid to say,
"We know this"
or
"This is my goal, I will get it and take it by the horns."
But yet, we let the nonachievers have the say.
If the achievers would have that much
confidence to portray,
that would make the world a better place.
