Change

Zephaniah 1:7

Be silent before the Lord God,
for the Lord’s day of judgment is almost here.
The Lord has prepared a sacrificial meal;
He has ritually purified his guests.

Change

It has changed somewhat … the trees are now larger

Massive sticks of wood reaching for the skies

Death it seems at winter … green foliage in the spring

All work together for good … not to wonder: “Why?”

Where has all the noise gone? Did it flee to its own kind?

Serene has taken over as a speck in the universe

The total of the sum equals in subtle comprehension

As I run for cover from the deafening silence to disperse

Maybe the hollowness inside makes echoes of silence dance

Bouncing of the walls in a continues vibration

Slicing into pride and giving it no chance

A long forgone call announcing sweet Salvation
