The Change

Just a few years ago I can see this change

How drugs, sex and drinking took the reins

And now I am faced to see my baby cousin

Being able to say bitch before he was 3.

No one will teach him but he will learn,

From what's said around him is this little word,

Not just one but many are there,

To show him how to be cool with little care.

There is always talk of gentleman being gone,

the fact that I finally believe it's true is wrong.

These kids learn it from all these songs,

Screaming and whining about a club or a bong

Our kids are learning to disrespect themselves,

Choosing a cheap hookup before they find their love,

We need to realize this change and take a stand

We can be much better than this "dealted" hand

So let boys be boys and girls be girls

Without all this negativity in this world.

Let the next generation figure it out on their own,

To better themselves from this disaster we've shown

For now we must look at the past,

To gain back some much needed class.
