Brother Love

My mom once said true love comes in all types of ways

If it is true love, it will last until the end of your days

A father, a cousin, a lover, a friend, a sibling or even your own mother

But the love a Mom has for her Son is like no other

But the strong bond you can’t break is between His brother

Throughout his life, he has had countless arguments

Hitting his Brother as if he was the target

Anger enraged in both of the teens

Words being thrown at each other, everything so mean

The fighting builds the bond stronger

He’s hoping the fight won’t last much longer

As tears fall from heaven, the two hug and squeeze each other like lemons

They don’t dare to let go, not even for a few seconds

They learned that no one will be there for each other like the way they are

They played and laughed, the love was a bit bizarre

It’s a love that can’t be broken

A fight that lasted until one has spoken

I love you brother and let’s stop this fighting we speak of

And that is true love
