Brighter Side

Pessimists see

the horrors of Earth.

The darkness that comes

from the moon's birth.

They need to see

the beauty of life,

through all the troubles,

struggles and strife.

A pessimist's brain

has no single spangle.

They need to view life

in a different angle.

Pessimists never

go out in the wild,

'cause nature is able

to give you a smile.

Taking a walk

might be worthwhile.

When I'm not my highest,

my darkest of days,

when I'm all bent up

my anger remains

To make myself happy,

I cannot hide.

I must see life

from the brighter side.
