Breathing In, Breathing Out.

Breathing In, Breathing Out.

A world of hatred, fear and misconceptions;

A world without grace, love and mercy.

Our leaders run

This way and that

How much money hides beneath that tall hat?

Breathing In, Breathing Out.

The people run for fear of misery

Honesty finds you the center of cruelty.

Murderers on the street, innocents locked behind bars,

Money can buy you freedom and cars.

This bright burning sun, yet we are left in the dark.

Breathing In, Breathing Out.

That is all we can be sure about:

Honesty is a lie

Freedom is a cage

Fear is a leader, and

Ignorance is grace.

A world so unsure in a culture of hate,

We run from our fears, forgetting our fates.

Breathing In, Breathing Out

The only way to be safe.
