Mother

I have killed your daughter

But it was a gentle murder

Throat slit quickly, quietly

So that she would suffer no more.

Thank you, as someone who can relate to this it means a lot to me and countless others like me who have realized what a parent must feel when their child isn’t what they first thought. This will ring in my head for days, stacking onto my meager pile of hopes, to keep my closeted self happy. Thank you once again.
