Maybe instead of just blaming all these celebrities who are in jail and rehab for ruining their own lives

Maybe we should also take a look at how this country treats its celebrities

Just like we should take a look at the expectations we put on our boys that drive them to bullying and violence

Just like we have to stop blaming poor disadvantaged kids for making bad decisions because society already assumes they’re going to

Just like we have to stop blaming women for rape instead of taking a good hard look at how we raise our sons

Maybe we have to take a good look at ourselves first

And maybe then we’ll see the problem
