The black book

The book was seen as dirt
"I don't wanna touch it, it'll mess up my white shirt"
They saw it as useless, unusual and stupid
But they didn't see what beauty it hid
A black book with a natural look
They came with their pens and stole the pages
Made a false book and put the rest in cages
Now the book is surrounded with false books
The book felt oblivion
And the rest in cages felt obscure
