Beyond reason

Ephesians 6:13 )13 For this reason, take up the full armor of God so that you may be able to stand your ground on the evil day, and having done everything, to stand. Beyond reason

Now is the time of reason ... the world be left behind.

The past the only rumble ... the impatient to remind.

It states that I belong to it and drives me up the wall

and that is when I am awake ... after the morning call.

I am by self this moment ... surrounded by the unseen.

It is my way of being free in thought ... of what “might have been”.

Where does one go to be oneself ... to find the one you are?

Can you just stay in one place ... or do have to travel far?

At the speed of thought ... one can travel a light year a second

that seems impossible to me ... and to self does not reckon.

It may be that restrictions ... are only of the flesh

but in the spirit as such ... space and time are no quest.

One moment you are in Holland ... maybe 40 years ago

and the next you’re in to-morrow ... fearing what you don’t know.

Limitations are not understood ... in search of past and future.

as dreams, hopes and grief ... are woven in self to nurture.

“Life is an illusion” ... I heard from an Oriental.

To me it had a ring of truth ... seemed kind of sentimental.

But it can’t be right what he said ... because death is an illusion

for no one thinks what will be then ... or their life has a conclusion.

Maybe when one has to depart ... when death becomes the burden

ignored the solving long ago ... through life in Christ and further.

What we think of death’s reality ... seem to have little impact

for what God knows death to be ... is mostly hidden as matter of fact.
