In Between the Times

I never thought

I’d be here now

But I always knew

I’d find you somehow

Still, the cease of

the smile on my face

Brings me to believe

That I’m still not in the right place/

If only I could find

What I was looking for

then the world would mean

so much more//

Is there anything I

should even have in mind

Because I know no place,

That holds a constant grace/

Time is a delicate thing

we should appreciate

A prediction is worth

a false trail to fate/

Where you find yourself

is where you’re supposed to be

There is no search

only destiny//

If only I could find

what I was looking for

then the world would mean

so much more.
