A glimpse of the universe

From the light of your eyes

Like the flickering stars

Beaming through the night.

But I know for certain

That things could fade away

Like the moon’s splendor

Conquered by the day.

Clouds danced in season

And years have swiftly gone by

Yet what remains even brighter
